A 24 years old man Cristhian Bahena Rivera who is lives in Rural Poweshiek county at least from four years. Rivera Bahena is guilty as charged for Mollie Tibbetts’s murder. Rivera has bveen charged for a first degree murder. According to Mr. Rahn Mr. Rivera’s facebook page indicates that he was from Mexico.

In the murder case of Mollie tibbetts it had “lodged a detainer” with the Poweshiek County sheriff’s office to hold Rivera. The federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency released a statement in which they release a order to arrest Rivera Bahena. According to special agent Rick Rahn that Rivera’s reason for attempting Mollie’s murder in not clear. Rahn also said that may be Rivera is preparing for a particular day to kill Mollie. but maybe however he chose to abduct her.

 

On the day of attack:- A criminal complaint says that Rivera followed Mollie Tibbetts for a short distance In black Chevy Malibu. While investigation Rivera told to investigators that he got out from car and run behind and alongside Mollie. After doing so Mollie grabbed her mobile warn Rivera to go away or she will call to police. Rivera also told to investigators that he doesn’t remember anything until he reached at intersection. Because he got mad at the point and his memory become blocked. After all this happenings Rivera gets very upset.

With that all says gyus now the conclusion is a 20 year old girl Mollie Tibbetts was murdered. A report registered on police station a month before her murder. According to that report she was missing since july 18, 2018. A 24 years old man Rivera Bahena was guilty as charged for Mollie’s murder. According to Rick Rahn from crime branch Rivera charged for a first degree murder case.
