The Presidential Alert Depends on your phone’s configuration and service provider. Cellphone will vibrate when you got the alert notification even if you set your phone on silent mode. Maybe some people will receive it on different times. Because it can take more than 30 minutes for the alerts to be transmitted to all cellphone users. Turned off, out of range and small cellphone providers are not the participates in this Presidential alert program. This alert program was originally planned a month before. But it delayed by Hurricane Florence.

The idea of Presidential Alert comes form the 1934’s Communications Act. This act gives the power to use communications system in case of an emergency. Since 2012 government used Wireless Emergency Alert System for more than 4000 times. Users can unsubscribe local alerts about extreme weather or missing children. A 26 years old women named Snochia Moseley who was working as a temporary employee at a drugstore warehouse. On Thursday she reported at work on 9.00 A.M. as usual. She had a argument at store and began shooting she killed three victims. After killing three person she put gun on her own head to shoot herself. Cops unable to find any motive for Snochia Moseley’s senseless crime. It might be possible that she was just shooting in anger and don’t have any particular target to shoot.

Snochia Moseley’s 33 years old husband Krystal Watson told in his statement that she had arguing with somebody. He also said that she was just shooting and didn’t have any particular person as her target to shoot. Cops informed from a unknown call for this shots fire at around 9.06 A.M. they arrived at the scene in just over five minutes. Snochia Moseley began shooting from outside of building and continued to inside. At first she opened fire once at outside. Crowed started running here and there after shooting.

A machine operator who was working at Harford granite company In October. shoot a person at a car dealership and five people at his workplace. there in this shooting three of those victims were died.

Snochia Moseley used a 9 mm Glock handgun to shoot this gun was registered with her own name. a 64 years old person named Walter Zambrano who claim to be a worker at Rite Aid Warehouse. He was in bathroom when shooting broke out. saw nothing as he hid. The man also said that everyone was running this way and that way without knowing where to run. The building where the shooting were took place is known as Lager Building.

In northwest the earthquake was felt 40 miles away in Sylmar. and in South it felt 30 miles away at Huntington Beach. Lucy Jones seismologist said that it should not be expected from Tuesday’s quake to have any damage. Rivera has bveen charged for a first degree murder. According to Mr. Rahn Mr. Rivera’s facebook page indicates that he was from Mexico.
